Refund Policy for Failed Collections

  • Refunds are not issued for failed collections.
  • If your parcel is not collected within the pre-scheduled time frame, please reach out to us immediately to rearrange a collection at your convenience.

Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive to meet our promised transit times, these times are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).
  • Refunds will not typically be issued for delays unless negligence by the carrier can be demonstrated.

Loss or Damage Claims

  • In the rare event of parcel loss or damage, Royal Shippers will refund up to 100% of your carriage costs.
  • Important Note: For claims related to damage during transit, ensure the parcel is signed for as damaged upon delivery to qualify for compensation.

Parcels Returned Within the U.S.

  • If your parcel is returned without leaving the U.S. due to:
    • Insufficient packaging
    • Incorrect documentation
    • Prohibited items found in your consignment
      You will be liable for the domestic carriage cost and will receive a partial refund for any international carriage costs not incurred.

Third-Party Shipments

  • For parcels returned within the U.S. due to failure during X-ray screening (e.g., deemed “too dense for X-ray”):
    • A full refund will be issued for these shipments.
